As the founder of Web Design by the Bay, Julie Thompson identified a gap in the market:

• Most companies don’t offer a simple, cost-effective online presence for start-up businesses on a low budget.
• Not many businesses are there to help update website software, so websites break or worse still get hacked.
• Some web design businesses are reluctant to help make small ad hoc changes to your website.

Recognising these shortfalls, Website SOS was created. We have been in the web industry for over 15 years with our other business Web Design By The Bay and are here to help.
